08 August 2013 how to make the payment to the labour indulge In making capital assets like commercial building...it should be a cash payment per day...or by account payee cheque or bearer check...or he should make a labour register..
there is not any contract, he daily hire the labour


please clarify

11 August 2013 As the transaction takes place one has to record it. If Payment is made on daily basis it is to be recorded accordingly.

One can maintain labour register also and can pay on periodical basis to reduce the number of transactions.
