bonus can be paid for any time for any months....but limits are there as per Bonus act....i.e., min 8.33% and max 20%....
so out of 20%bonus you can pay for any no of installments......
you better see bonus act ya....clear cut details will be there regarding 20% on what n all....and what is salary menas? wat are all items includes salary

The bonus can be profit sharing or productivity linked. I think the queriest is talking about production linked. Am I correct Mr.Rajpreet Singh?

Yes Sir, you are right i am talking about productivity linked bonus, is that 20% maximum bonus threshold applicable on this production incentive. when production is more than the target production per month then all the workers are paid production incentive in proportion to their basic wages . production bonus is fixed every month that varies from month to month depends upon the decision of the management. is this practice right as per laws Mr. S. Srinivasaraghavan

Productivity bonus is not covered under bonus act.
