28 January 2013 VAT Form 158 - Certificate of Tax Deduction for Industrial Canteens showing particulars of tax deduction and its remittance to Govt as per Section 18 of KVAT Act.

VAT Form 126 - Monthly statement of Tax deducted at Source for Industrial Trainees and should be submitted on or before 20th of every month.
