Is there is any option to verify the autheticity of PAN without PAN card ? whether we can checked the PAN number by just entering the PAN in the system ?

GO TO NSDL SITE. CLICK ON E-PAYMENT ENTER THE PAN NO IN FORM, ENTER ANYTHING IN NAME, ADDRESS, AND OTHER DETAILS, SELECT ANY BANK NAME AND CLICK ON PROCEED. AFTER THAT IT WILL SHOW THE CORRECT NAME AGAINST THAT PAN IN IT DATABASE.

But I have to verify thousands of PAN to validate my data base. whether any service is available online from Income Tax department ?
