I am Tax Consultants but I atttend newly in a P Ltd com., Have TWO Director one is Managin Derector. With 100000/- Share Capital.
Pls provid me Resolution S.No. Wise to who Mention or Create or Making a New P Ltd. Co., So That I can Making Report Easily.
1. Can above subject necessory to AGM of diecrtor or direct pass resolution by directors.
2. if yes waht make.
