what if july gst return pending

you have to pay penalty of rs. 200 per day till 31oct. and you will be allowed to file return only after 31 Oct now.

You have to pay penalty of Rs.4200/- if you hadn't file GSTR-1 for July.
GSTR-1 filed only after 31 October.
