Money applied for IPO but shares not allloted How to Make Journal entry in the books of accounts.
Money apply by bank Rs. 50 Lakhs. but shares not alloted

as far as I know, there should only be lien marked in the bank account instead of actual debit and credit. So, unless there is actual debit and credit in the bank statement, no need to make any accounting entry.
