Toll charges, RTA allotment charges,,parking charges, come under which ledger group, can petrol& diesel charges should be shown seperately or included in vechile maintanice account.

Toll charges, - Travelling Expenses RTA allotment charges - ???? What is RTA??? parking charges - In Local then "Loacl Conveyance" If it's other cities then Book it under "Travelling"
can petrol& diesel charges should be shown seperately or included in vechile maintanice account - You can shown both in Single Ledger as "Fuel Expenses". It's not under Vehicle Maintenance.
Vehicle Maintenance means - Repairs and Services and Spare Parts and Insurances...

You can Maintain separately as conveyance expenses - Local transportation and it's related , travelling expenses - Going to other cities or Long distances
