Joining of ca course and starting of articleship

I have completed MBA post graduation.
As per latest Govt notification, Graduate / post graduate are exepmt from CPT and can directly start articleship.
I don't know whether the same rules has been implemented in ICAI.
Now I want to Join CA course. If I apply for the CA course now, and fulfill the all the joining formalities,
will i be exempted from CPT and Can I directly join Articleship immediatly after joining the CA course.

No you won't be exempted as the same is still pending with Moc
