Joining bonus and relocation charges

Hi,
I got joining bonus of 50000 and relocation charge of 10500. As I am leaving before completing stipulated time, I need to return both the amount. I have paid income tax on the both. But as per employer, the returning of these amounts will not be reflected in Form 16.
Is it correct. Being an engineer I am not much aware of these, so please guide me what can be done in this case.
How can I get the tax given on these amounts? What else could be done to recover the tax.

It is correct. This amount returned will not be reflected in form 16.
