i am a student of ca final. i have completed my articleship. now i want to join a ltd company as account executive. will ther be any objection from ca institue. and what procedure i will have to comply with before joining the company

I don't think so, but i am not sure. Read the rules of our prestigious institute.

As per my suggestion have a direct chat with ICAI officials. Do not join without permission as it may be a bit risky.
