Joing in private bank as fresher in operation

20 September 2014 Dear All

i have 5 years exp in accounts field as accounts exe. but i have no full experience in this like balance sheet, assesemeents etc & not having handsome salary package.
So i am thinking to change this line & join in banking sector in operation.

Please guide me is it good for me or not.

21 September 2014 Hi Vinit,

As per my opinion you should continue with your account profile to use your experience as account officer. You may join some course like CA or MBA Finance to give a finishing touch to your account knowledge and experience.

For experience in BS finalisation etc you may join a CA firm as an accountant. I hope this suggestion would be of some help.
