06 July 2017 We send a material for job work to another factory. They perform the job work and send the goods back as sales. Is this valid in GST or they have to put the services cost or they could put half services and half sales. Thanks in advance.

The another factory means, Your branch or your service supplier/ other company...

08 July 2017 If you give materials only for Pure labour service then it ll be treat as services. If it treated service rate of tax GST @18%. If it's treat as services then the vendor is given Labour/Service Invoices only, Not on sales invoices..... In your view : (put half services and half sales) If treated above said billing that is called Labour Contract Works... The LCW means, You give materials and the vendor put some material then you get finished goods. That conditions will be treated as Labour Contract Works....
