Dear All,
What is procedure If job work challan not received within limit of 180 days??? and if partial quantity received within limit ??? i.e. on job work challan rule 4(5)(a) quantity is 10 Nos but within time limit only 7 Nos are received.

If goods will not be returned within stipulated period then duty of excise will be applicable on remaining balance of stock.
