my plant is in a exempted zone like uttrakhand,himachalpradesh,we want to send a materialc for job work to Mohali(Punjab)at a C.E.Regd.processor.
Can such processor do our job work? if yes,what is the procedure?
plz suggest.............

02 July 2011 if processor adding any material with you material then he will add duty.

you will send under above mentioned rule duty not applicable. only undertaking to be given to your range officer.
