Our company is registered in Excise. Can we do job work for any other company in our Building along with Manufacturing? and how can we billing for job work done?

YES, YOU CAN DO JOB WORK FOR OTHERS IN THE SAME MANUFACTURING UNIT BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE AS PER NOTIFICATION NO. 214/86-CE FOR AVAILING THE EXEMPTION FROM DUTY ON JOB WORK PROCESS UPON YOU.
