can i become the propriter of my family business during my articleship without taking the permission of our institute. if no how it can be obtained. if icai denied the permission then what to do

u should not do it without the permission from institute because if u will do it like this then u wont be allowed to continue with articleship.

I think you can be . but you have to continue your articleship as per the articles rule without any problems.
