25 March 2008 can i become the propriter of my family business during my articleship without taking the permission of our institute. if no how it can be obtained. if icai denied the permission then what to do

25 March 2008 u should not do it without the permission from institute because if u will do it like this then u wont be allowed to continue with articleship.
and ur registration will be cancelled.
