15 November 2013 depends on your appetite. If you have the appetite to take risks, practice is the thing for you. Remember in practice you need to be everything - you need to be good in marketing your self, be available to your clients all the time, be a good people manager, and have the most importantly quality required to succeed in India - Jugad!!

If you want to play safe, then go for job.
