Job in genpact-is it a good option?

17 March 2013 Sir/Madam,
I have cleared CA in Nov 2012 and got placement in Genpact through ICAI Campus Placement.
Profile-Management Trainee.

Please advise whether it is a good option to begin a career..

make sure :
1.which process,
2 your compensation,
3. In case new process ask them what will happen if they dont get that process?
4.the procedure of keeping in 'Bench'

Remember BPO is an organisation where Donkey, Monkey and Horse races in the same track. most of the time you will find jokers and illetrate to work with sometime you will find it difficult to communicate wat you are trying to say coz those will be B.Com pass or MBA for namesake. If your manager is non CA then most probable that he will supress you as you will be a threat for him. It may so happen there is required from the client to have CA in that role that is why they are hiring.
