I am B.sc and woriking Accounts Finance Department sinces last 14 year, now i want to change this feild and shift to HR Department for this i am doing MBA from DY. Patil uni,
is My decission is coorect, Please Suggest,

See 14 years experience in Finance department is huge as far as good career is concerned. I believe you also understand this fact.
I do not know why you want to change your line at this point of time. it would be tuff for me or anyone to guide you without knowing proper reason.
