Sir i am working in software company and they don't deduct any PF and ESI and deduct TDS as 10% as professional charges as per income tax am i eligible for practice as chartered accountant? and any condition to put up practice?advice me? my shift timings are 2.00pm to 9.00 pm?

Since you are not a salaried employee you can practice as a CA. The firm is deducting TDS u/s 194J, i.e., professional receipts.
