Java utility error

(Querist)
26 June 2014 I have installed java 1.8 recently. I can open utility file but can not view any word in it, i.e. it is completely invisible.
I have tried after reinstalling the same also.
Any one has idea what could I do to fix the error.??

26 June 2014 Download again that utility file and than try it,there is downloading error and nothing else.

27 June 2014 I had downloaded twice. Also tried different utility. But error remains the same.
