i wrongly enter form 16a amt in itr-2 in income from salry in tds-1 scheduled in actual it is scheduled -2 so that may any effect on refund if i want to revised then which section to revised

You have to revise the return U/s 139(5).

Wait for the intimation u/s 143(1). If they have given you the Refund then no problem otherwise revise the return immediately.
