Sir, is there any necessity to refer more books for ITT exam other than institution books?

Yes,Its better for follow ins. mat for ITT exams..
As everything in ITT exams came from the Ins. mat only..
However, you can download Objective tpye question ITT Exams..

Institute module is sufficient for exam purpose, so it will be better to prepare ITT exam from such module.
