12 November 2016 My ITSM exam is on 15th I want exemption in that I have prepared very well. but I am not good at scoring high or planning well. Please suggest something to get exemption at any cost.

12 November 2016 You can go to youtube and find revision classes of Swapnil Patni. More videos are available on it which will give you tips on how to write the paper to score good marks.

12 November 2016 Try to present your paper with relevant points asked based on the marks allocated. Since, it is a theory paper, some students get a feeling, what ever you write, your awarded marks, that's wrong notion, so please ensure that your answers carry substance. It is properly structured, covers important key words, written in a lucid language. Wish you best of luck.
