10 February 2010 It is a pvt co. and the paid up capital exceeds the authorised capital then what will be the consequences and how can we resolve this problem?

10 February 2010 Increase your authorised capital from back date i.e. fix the date of board and general meeting before the date of last allotment of shares due to which paid up capital exceeds the authorised capital.

Actually the problem is our directors want to know what will be the consequences if the authorised capital is not increased from the back date.

11 February 2010 Technically, in today's scenario, (with MCA site in place)it is not possible that this should happen.

If the records as per MCA show this, then only I can believe in your query. Otherwise, I feel that you mst have not filed the Form 2 as well. If this is the case, then do both the things simultaneously.
