Itrv ay 12-13 filed in jan13 yet not sent-can we send now ?

31 May 2013 Hello everyone,

i had filed ITR of my client in jan 13 claiming refund of Rs.15000/-

but i forgot to send the ITR V so my return is not processed yet and my cleint has not received refund.

Time limit of 120 days has already expired.

My question :
can we send the ITR V now or should i again file the return and send the new ITR V ?

31 May 2013 Since 120 days expired no use of sending the ITR V. You will have to file the return again and send new ITRV.
