if income is say 4 lks and no tax is coming, itr u is giving error --> no additional tax, cant file u return
but u return cant be filed by nil returns, technically, above 2.5 lakhs is not nil return

ITR U can be filed only in case of taxes payable.
For nil tax it can't be filed.
For nil tax it can't be filed.
