23 August 2013 Thanks for the link. Our case is we have only expenditures and some bank balalance.There is no income to the company. We have not audited our account. Is there anyway to submit our accounts to IT.

23 August 2013 For companies it is not possible to close books of accounts with out completing audit..

please appoint an auditor,,and he will take care of your company
.
.
1)you are mandatorily required to submit annual return,and balancesheet and profit and loss to registrar of companies through online...for which audit is mandatory..please contact auditor in nearest locality

2)let me tell if company is not having any income means..does the company not yet billed its 1st bill

in that case all expenditure can be treated as prelimanary and pre-operative expences and consequently profit and loss account not required to filled in ITR6

24 August 2013 even though company not started commercial operations also mandatorily required to get its books audited

and mandatorily required to hold a AGM and there after mandatorily required to submit annual report and financials to roc which can be done on mca website
.
.
No need of any auditing service,,just approach an auditor he will take care of all statutory things
