Income less than 50% gross receipt and audit information is not filled up.How to rectify it

For any person carrying on a profession as specified under sec. 44AA(1) IT act, if the gross profit is less than 50% of gross receipts, then audit u/s. 44AB(d) IT act is mandatory.
So, either file audit report or declare minimum 50% profit.
