30 July 2015 While filing ITR1 FOR AY 2015-16, There is a popup coming like

"AMOUNT OF SALARY DISCLOSED IN "INCOME DETAILS/ PART BTI" IS LESS THAN 90% OF SALARY REPORTED IN SCHEDULE TDS1"

Which makes the return defective.

As there is no provision in ITR1 "income Details" to claim HRA Benefits, the Income from salary can be shown only after deducting HRA & other allowable allowances, But salary shown in 26AS will differs with it as they consider only gross salary. Please advice how to claim refund if any, as the return itself is becoming defective due to this Popup.
