15 October 2017 This year I am late in filling IT return as I was abroad. In fact its not yet done. I want to do it now online. Is it possible & if so what is the process?

15 October 2017 For FY 15-16 & FY 16-17 you can file the retrun till 31/03/2018 Note: If the income of FY 15-16 exceeds the taxable limit than you will liable for a penalty of Rs.5000/-

15 October 2017 Yes I agreed with Mr Ashiwini Ballodia., The FY ll be file to 31st March 2018... The FY 16-17 ll be file to 31st March 2019.....

15 October 2017 But Return for FY 16-17 can be file till the end of relevant AY i.e. 31/3/18

15 October 2017 Yes, thanks. But how to do it online? Because I am not getting any online mode as submission mode available is only ‘ upload XML’ file. That is I shall have to fill up in ofline mode and there is no validatation.

15 October 2017 For ITR 1 online mode available. For other ITR download excel/Java Utility fill the required details then generate XML and upload in Income Tax Site
