Itr v send after 120days and cpc reject it

04 January 2014 ITR 4 FILED BELATEDLY AFTER THE DUE DATE. THE ITR V SEND TO CPC AFTER 120 DAYS AND THE CPC REJECTED IT. ADVICE WHAT I HAVE TO DO ?
1. Weather i have to upload the ITR 4 once again and send thr ITR V with in 120 days

2. Resend the ITR V again ?

04 January 2014 And after re uploading you must send it within 120 days of generating ITR-V else all the provisions of non filling will be applicable to you.

05 January 2014 As it is rejected ,you have to file revised return and send ITR-V to CPC with in 120 days of its filing

actually you have to do belated return as it is treated as return not filed but system will not accept this,,so do revised return and send ITRV to CPC
