Itr-v not sent to cpc

19 February 2015 Hello Sir,

My I.T. Return of Asses.Year 2013-14 has been filed online but ITR-V not sent to CPC with in 120 days,in that case what should i do?

20 February 2015 in this case, your return is held to be void and you need to file a fresh copy and send it within 120 days
