Itr - v not recieved by income tax department

Dear Experts,
We had filed the return of Income Tax of our client for two years i.e. 31st March 2010 & 31st March 2011 on 27.03.2012.ITR - V was sent to banglore of 2 years on 17.04.2012.But we got confirmation from Income Tax Department - Banglore that they have received only for 31.03.2011.But on Income Tax site it is showing that we have filed return for 2 years on 27.03.2012.Now can we send again ITR - V for 31.03.11 to banglore?

Yes you can send it once again if the Department has not received the Acknowledgement. The Acknowledgement should be received by them within 3 months.
