Itr v acknowledgement

hello sir,
i have uploded income tax returns for Ay 2014-15 and Ay 2015-16 on 21-08-2015 and the acknowledgement has send on 25-08-2015 in single letter by speed post.
Today i have checked on website and i found that receipt Itr v is pendind for Ay 2015-16 but itr v for ay 2014-15 received.
so my question is why itr v receipt for ay 2015-16 still pending shown as i already sent the same?
is there any action required for my side?
