Return is filled but ITR SEND LATE bY CPC.
REFUND AMOUNT IS OF 70,000 but CPC neither processed return nor gives any refund
ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THAT RETURN IS NOT UNDER 139(9) category.
PLAEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION IF ANY

file revised return is time for the same is still available.

PRACTICALLY IF WE FILE REVISE RETURN THEN THERE IS A REQUIREMENT OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO. OF ORIGINAL RETURN AND BCOZ RETURN IS NOT PROCESSEED SO HOW WE FILE A REVISE A REVISED RETURN

Dear Amit.
As per income tax act if your return is not digitally signed then you need to send the ITR V to the cpc within 120 days of filing of return.
If you fail to send the return to cpc then it is deemed as no return was filed.
So here you need to file the revise return.

dear Ankur,
Income-tax website doesn't permit two original filings for a assessment year. Even if the ITRV was not sent within time, you can file revised return only.

SIR PROBLEM IS not that, ITRV alreday received and stauts on site is ITR Received after due date.
AND NOW if WE again origianl return file then SITE SHOWS RETURN CANNOT BE FILLED
AND IF WE FILE REVISED RETURN IT SHOWS RETURN TYPE IN INCOME DETAILS CANNOT BE REVISED IF RETURN NOT FILLED UNDER SECTION 139(5)
