E-Filing for AY 2009-10 has been enabled for all ITR forms.
Please furnish the Form ITR-V to the Income-tax Department by mailing it to Income Tax Department , CPC, Post Bag No - 1, Electronic City Post Office, Bangalore - 560100, Karnataka within thirty days after the date of transmitting the data electronically. No Form ITR-V shall be received in any other office of the Income-tax Department or in any other manner.
SIR I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER WE HAVE SEND ITR V ON ABOVE MENTION ADDRESS ???? HOW CAN WE GET ACKNOWLEDGMENT COPY ....

You will receive an e-mail as acknowledgment of the return, till that time, you are advised to keep the receipt of courier or post office as proof of sending the return.

Agreed with expert. You can not file E-return at local income tax office.
