Please let me know what happens if the online status shows as "Not Received" though the same has already been sent by ordinary post for the AY 2012-13.

It should reach within 120 days. Your e-filing will be considered as null and void if it does not reaches within 120 days. It means that it will be considered that you have not yet filed your return.
