dear sir
about 2 and 1/2 month ago I send few itr-v after singed to cpc but one of them show did not received by cpc till date. advice me what I shall do now? thanks....

Don't worry if you have due time to send ITR-V till now then send it immediately once again. It may be miss by the postal department or by the CPC. If you have any reference with you for such sending i.e if you send it through speed post then with help of such speed post reference no you can trace the delivery status of post and can make complaint for necessary action.
But if you send it through ordinary post then you can't do any thing except sending it again.
However if have due time then send it immediately.
