04 October 2012 Dear Sir,
I have to dispatch itr v second time by speed post.
As per status of speed post, it have delivered on 118th day of return filling.
Suppose CPC acknowledeges on 121 day.
Then my itr v would be deemed received on 118th day or on the 121th day.

Please clarify.

04 October 2012 On which date/day CPC received the ITR-V is consider as the date of receipt eventhough acknowledged on another date. In your receipt of acknowledgment it clearly indicates the date of receipt please check it if such date is with in 120 days then no problem.

04 October 2012 Actually, post office delivered it on 02/10/2012, which is 118th day. And till today cpc did not acknowlege the same.

04 October 2012 Don't worry the CPC updating is going very late almost after 15 to 20 days the acknowledgment updating by the CPC and sendings email. So don't worry with this regards.
