Dear Expert,
I have dispatched itr v of AY 2012-13 of clients and more than one month has passed, but still cpc did not acknowledge the receipt of itr v. What can be the reason of delay.

The CPC usually responds within a month. If you sent by Ordinary post last time and have not succeeded, you try once again through Speed post. No acknowledgement for speed post will be given by CPC, but you can know by tracking the speed post whether it reached or not.
