19 November 2014 My Friend has filed ITR-1 on 29-07-2014 & ITR-V to be sent to CPC Bangalore upto 26-11-2014.

My Friend has sent the same through speed post on 07-11-2014 & status of the same on internet shows "Delivered on 11.11.2014 to CPC Bangalore".

Is the condition of before 120 days satisfied or the intimation to be recd. through e-mail will be the recd. date.

Please help me to understand this issue.
