Respected Sir,
An Individual, TDS is deducted Under Sec 192 (salaries) & 194J( Profession) for Lectures given in college. My Query is which ITR Form Should I Use to file his Income Tax Return for the Assessment Year 2016-2017

Since there is business or profession income, you need to file ITR 4. From the FY2016-17 onwards you may file 4S (or some other new Form that may be notified) if you wish to pay presumptive tax on professional income.
