ITR refund issue

13 August 2024 Sir, There is a quarry in respect of my IT Return filed that:=
"ADD / VIEW AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE (AR) ".
Exactly what they want? How to reply the quarry?
For want of this information they have not paid refund amount till date.
Please guide.
