My father is died on 31.5.2015 and he is salaried person First question is that who will be fill itr of my father 2nd question is that a.y 10-11,11-12, 12-13 ka tds kata tha par vo 26 as show nahi kar raha 3rd question is that a.y11-12 me papa ne 10000 app.amount ka tax bank me jama karwaya tha pehle Sab itr offline submit last year ki itr jab online fill ki tax departmnt me 13300 ki dmnd arise ki ha last year ki itr 4400 ka refund tha

In case a Death of Assessee His legal heir can file ITR. All other issue related to Demand & Refund , the legal heir can deal with the department and claim the refund
