26 July 2014 For a Trust I filed ITR 5 with GTI of Rs 2091 but officer told me that it is compulsory to file online. Please please guide me with circular/notification. I need your help, its a humbel request.

26 July 2014 If the trust is not registered u/s 12A and not claiming exemption u/s 11, ITR-5 is the appropriate form for which e-filing is not mandatory.

Inference is corollary to rule 12 (3) including its six proviso's.
