16 October 2018 The source of income is as follows:

Share of profit from partnership firm
Nett profit from proprietary concern.
Other Income

I had filed ITR-3 but the ITR was treated as defective return u/s 139.

Whether the consolidated balance sheet of the assessee is also required.

Please guide me and oblige.

18 October 2018 You had filed correct return and there is no need to file consolidated balance sheet. There is some thing missing. Please check carefully reasons for defective return.
Before generating XML please click "Income form firm not included in profit and loss account. otherwise there will be mismatch in income schedule of income form business or profession.
