17 April 2014 NGO registered in delhi and in previous years ITR filed in delhi now from last year they shifted to lucknow from delhi, so my question is can ITR could be file at lucknow or it should be filled in delhi ?

17 April 2014 well ITR is to be filed online first of all. secondly, you need to apply for change of jurisdiction. Write a letter to the earlier AO and the another to the AO under whom you may fall now for change of jurisdiction.

17 April 2014 thanks sir, but now one more question like ITR need to be file online so it can be file from any where means i can file ITR from here lucknow in same jurisdiction

yes, you are right, you can file your it return from anywhere by manually write your it jurisdiction but pan of ngo would be the (same)previous jurisdiction.

you can also do as to inform both jurisdiction officer for old and new liabilities is now change as per address.

and also you have to do correction in your pan too for everything clear

17 April 2014 Yes you can do so. but for assessment you will have to go to Delhi then!. I would suggest that the most appropriate way to deal is to keep registered address in Delhi only and let lucknow be the branch.
