Forgot to submit ITR to CPC BANGALORE and it becomes invalid and also I didn't get any notice for this.
What would I need to do now ?

Can I file this online
Because while I trying to file it online they doesn't give me option of prepare and submit.
They give only option of upload XML.
NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHAT NEXT TO DO.

My answer means,
File new ITR....
Select the time period as belated return. It's u/s 139(4)...
Difference of Section :
On or Before Due Date - 139(1)
After Due Date - 139 (4)....
If your return is invalid then you ll be file a New return...!

If your turnover in share trading in more than specified limit u/s 44AB you have to get your books of accounts audited. There is a separate mechanism of calulating your turnover of Share trading. Get in touch with some professional around immediately to avoid any penalty in future which is certain.

But now I have a question regarding my old query is that when I filled original ITR after due date but didn't send it to CPC BANGALORE & it becomes invalid.
but now when I want to file that return again
Message generated that only one original ITR can be filled u/s 139(4) please change the section & retry.
So What I need to do now.
